Moqverse Model Library License

Version 1.0 · Effective 2 November 2026 · Licensor: Grooveneck (Moqverse)

In short: use the built-in 3D models in Moqverse to make mockups, and use your mockups for personal and commercial work, including client work. Do not redistribute the 3D model files themselves or copy the library into another product. Your own logos and graphics stay yours.

1. Who grants this license

The Moqverse model library is provided by Grooveneck, a Finnish sole proprietorship (toiminimi), Business ID 3640189-3, Malagankatu 3, 00220 Helsinki, Finland ("we"). Contact: hello@moqverse.com.

2. What this license covers

This license covers the 3D models in the Moqverse built-in model library, including their geometry, textures and thumbnails, and the drinks can model built into the Moqverse editor (together, the "Library Models"). The current Library Models are listed at the end of this document.

It does not cover:

• your own logos, graphics, images, 3D models and other files you use in Moqverse ("your content"), which remain yours;
• third-party software and fonts included in Moqverse, which keep their own licences: three.js (MIT licence) and the Inter, Archivo, Anton and IBM Plex Mono fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1);
• the Moqverse website and software in general, which are covered by the Moqverse Terms of Service.

3. How this license applies

This license forms part of the Moqverse Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Moqverse or the Library Models. It is a contractual licence and set of use restrictions. Its terms apply as an agreement between you and us; they do not depend on, and we do not claim, any particular scope of copyright or other intellectual property protection in the Library Models.

4. What you may do

Subject to this license and the Terms of Service, you may:

• use the Library Models inside Moqverse to create mockups of your own or your clients' designs;
• use the mockup images and other results that Moqverse allows you to create or export ("Outputs") for personal and commercial purposes, including client work, marketing, online shops, social media, presentations and print;
• share an Output that contains a Library Model, such as an exported 3D file or 3D viewer, when it is used to present a specific design, for example by sending it to a client or showing it on a website.

This license does not give you the right to remove the preview watermark or to get around the export locks of the Free Beta. Exports become available only when Moqverse offers them.

5. What you may not do

You may not:

• sell, resell, distribute, share, publish, sublicense or otherwise make available the Library Models, or files extracted from Moqverse or from an Output, as standalone 3D files or as part of a 3D model collection, template pack or asset library, whether in their original or a modified form;
• copy the Library Models into another mockup service, design tool, template marketplace or other product or service that competes with Moqverse, or use them to build one;
• download, collect or extract the Library Models in bulk or by automated means;
• remove or alter licence notices contained in the Library Model files.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. Using it in Moqverse does not give us any rights to it, and this license places no restrictions on it. You are responsible for having the rights you need to use your content.

7. Ownership

The Library Models were created for Moqverse. A Library Model that is marked as AI-generated in Moqverse and in the list of Library Models was generated with an AI generation service. AI-generated models are not exclusive to Moqverse: the provider of that service keeps a non-exclusive licence to them, and similar models may exist elsewhere. All rights in the Library Models that we hold are reserved, except the rights expressly granted in this license. The rights granted to you are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

8. Earlier development versions

Before this license took effect, earlier development and preview versions of the Library Model files carried a CC0 1.0 notice. This license does not apply retroactively and does not change rights that may already have been granted for copies obtained under that earlier notice. It applies to the Library Models as provided in Moqverse from 2 November 2026.

9. Breach

If you breach this license, your right to use the Library Models under it ends, and we may suspend your use of Moqverse in accordance with the Terms of Service.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update this license. The version and effective date at the top show the current version, and material changes will be announced on the Moqverse website. Governing law and the handling of disputes follow the Moqverse Terms of Service.

Library Models covered

AI-generated models (preview only)

These models were generated with CGTrader AI under Grooveneck's paid subscription, from text prompts only. No reference images, third-party photographs, existing 3D models or copyrighted artwork were used as generation inputs (confirmed by Grooveneck on 4 November 2026). They were then prepared in Blender for technical clean-up and GLB export, and optimised by the Moqverse model pipeline (mesh compression, real-world scale and a licence record in the file). They are independently generated outputs, not models bought from the CGTrader marketplace, so the marketplace Royalty Free License does not apply to them.

Licence status: Pending review. These models are shown in Moqverse preview builds only, marked as AI-generated, and are left out of production builds until the open checks below are closed.

The CGTrader AI Terms of Service (read on 4 November 2026) say, in short:

• Paid-plan users own the outputs they create (section 3.3).
• CGTrader keeps a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use the outputs for any commercial purpose, without attribution (section 3.3(ii)).
• Outputs are not exclusive: other users may receive similar or identical outputs (section 3.2).
• Published or disseminated outputs must be indicated as generated by artificial intelligence (section 4.2).
• Outputs may not be used to develop, train or improve AI or 3D generation models that compete with CGTrader, or to build services directly competitive with CGTrader's AI service (section 4.1(10)).
• CGTrader gives no warranty that outputs are unique, accurate or non-infringing (section 8).

This is a summary of the published terms, not legal advice. Open checks before release:

• Keep evidence of the paid subscription for each generation date (invoices or generation history).
• Confirm whether any of these outputs were shared to the CGTrader Community Gallery (section 3.4).
• Review the CGTrader General Terms and Conditions, which the AI terms incorporate (including governing law).
• Confirm that "solely for your internal, lawful purposes" (section 2.1) does not limit using the outputs in a public product.
• Confirm that section 4.1(10) on directly competitive services does not apply to Moqverse.
• Consider how far this license's restrictions can be relied on for AI-generated models, which may have limited or no copyright protection.
• Decide whether mockups made with AI-generated models need an AI label for the people who use them.
• Update this license's text, version and effective date before the models are released.
